Growth Department, working closely with Development, QA, Project Management, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Support, Operations, and Leadership.</p> <p dir="ltr">This is a hands-on operational Product Manager role focused on product execution rather than product strategy.</p> <p dir="ltr">You'll be responsible for transforming approved product ideas into structured requirements, supporting implementation, validating delivered functionality, maintaining product documentation, and preparing new features for successful product releases and commercial use.</p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <p>At Sempico Solutions, we're looking for a practical <strong>Middle Product Manager</strong> who enjoys building complex B2B software products and is comfortable owning the operational product lifecycle from idea to release.</p> <p><strong>Our ideal candidate has:</strong><br /></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">2+ years of commercial experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst with product ownership responsibilities.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">2+ years of commercial experience working on an IT product (B2B SaaS, CPaaS, software platform, or another software product).</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience in the telecom, CPaaS, messaging, or SMS industry will be considered a strong advantage.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Hands-on experience preparing PRDs, Product Requirements, Business Logic, Use Cases, Functional Requirements, and Acceptance Criteria.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience managing Product Backlogs and maintaining Product Roadmaps.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience collaborating with Development Teams, QA Engineers, and Project dir="ltr">Collect, evaluate, and maintain the Product Ideas Backlog.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Manage and maintain the Development Backlog.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Prepare Product Requirements, PRDs, Business Logic, Use Cases, Functional Requirements, and Acceptance Criteria.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Maintain the operational Product Roadmap.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Collaborate closely with Development, QA, and Project Management teams throughout implementation.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Clarify product requirements during development.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Review delivered functionality and perform Product Acceptance before release.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Prepare new functionality for product releases.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Maintain Product Documentation and Knowledge Base.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Prepare and update Feature Descriptions, Manuals, FAQs, Release Notes, and Demo Scenarios.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Conduct product demonstrations for customers and internal teams.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Support presale activities as a product expert.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Collect customer feedback, feature requests, product gaps, bugs, and improvement ideas.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Transfer Product Fundamentals and product knowledge to Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Support teams.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Keep product statuses, documentation, risks, blockers, and roadmaps up
